About the Role
Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions for FHCSD PACE participants, supporting independence in activities of daily living and community participation for frail elderly members.
Requirements
- OTR/L with California OT license required; geriatric or PACE experience preferred
- Experience with ADL assessments, adaptive equipment, and fall prevention
- Familiarity with Medicare/Medi-Cal PACE benefit structure and IDT participation
- BLS/CPR required; Spanish language skills a plus
