About the Role
Deploy mobile HIV prevention services across San Diego County, providing PrEP navigation, HIV testing, linkage to care, and harm reduction supplies in community settings including LGBTQ+ venues, shelters, and street outreach sites.
Requirements
- Valid California driver's license; comfortable with mobile, community-based field work
- HIV prevention or sexual health outreach experience required; CHW or CWAC certification a plus
- Knowledge of PrEP adherence support, rapid HIV testing protocols, and LGBTQ+ affirming practices
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; experience with San Diego County HHSA systems a plus
