About the Role
Provide substance use disorder counseling, motivational interviewing, and MAT support for FHCSD patients with opioid, alcohol, and stimulant use disorders, integrating SUD treatment with primary care under the CalAIM BH-integration model.
Requirements
- CADC-I or II, CATC, or RADT credential required; LCSW/MFT with SUD focus also accepted
- Experience with MAT (buprenorphine, naltrexone), harm reduction, and co-occurring disorder treatment
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; CalAIM SUD documentation and billing familiarity a plus
- Comfort working in integrated primary care environment alongside medical providers
