About the Role
Lead FHCSD's psychiatric services division, supervising psychiatrists, managing BH clinical protocols, ensuring CalAIM integrated behavioral health documentation compliance, and guiding the expansion of the collaborative care model across FHCSD sites.
Requirements
- MD/DO with California license; board certification in Psychiatry required
- 5+ years community mental health or FQHC psychiatry experience with leadership responsibilities
- Deep knowledge of CalAIM BH integration, collaborative care model, and Medi-Cal BH billing
- Experience supervising psychiatric and BH clinical staff in a multidisciplinary health center
