About the Role
Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy management, chronic disease consultations, and 340B program oversight at NEVHC's on-site pharmacy.
Requirements
- PharmD from accredited school of pharmacy
- Active California pharmacist license in good standing
- Experience with 340B Drug Pricing Program required
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; PGY-1 residency preferred
