Psychiatric NP embedded in Gardner's primary care team — medication management, psychiatric assessment, and collaborative care for patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and serious mental illness.
Requirements
- California NP license (PMHNP) required; DEA certificate required
- Integrated behavioral health or community psychiatry experience preferred
- Spanish or Vietnamese preferred
- OCHIN Epic preferred
