Requirements
- CHW certification or 2+ years community health outreach
- Spanish fluency required
- Environmental health awareness or asthma education experience a plus
- Knowledge of LA Harbor area social services and Medi-Cal enrollment
- Lived experience in San Pedro, Wilmington, or Long Beach community preferred
