Requirements
- MD/DO with California medical license; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — maximum rural HPSA designation in frontier Shasta County
- Independent rural practice comfort — nearest hospital is Redding or Burney
- Post-disaster trauma-informed care experience preferred — Carr Fire 2018 recovery community
- NextGen EHR; training provided
