About the Role
Deliver street medicine and mobile health services through JWCH — meeting unhoused Angelenos where they are with wound care, acute care, chronic disease management, and linkage to shelter and primary care.
Requirements
- California NP (FNP or ANP) required
- Homeless health or street medicine experience strongly preferred
- Valid CA driver's license; comfort with field-based work in Skid Row and encampments
- Trauma-informed, harm reduction approach required
