Requirements
- CHW certification or 2+ years Korean community health outreach
- Korean language fluency preferred
- Knowledge of Koreatown/LA Korean community resources, Medi-Cal, senior services
- Valid CA driver's license
- Korean American or Korean immigrant lived experience highly valued
