About the Role
Lead La Clinica's integrated behavioral health team at a flagship East Bay site, providing clinical supervision to BH Clinicians I, maintaining a caseload of complex patients, and driving site-level quality improvement in co-located BH care.
Requirements
- LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC with full California licensure required
- 3+ years integrated behavioral health experience in FQHC or community health setting
- Prior supervisory or lead clinical experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred; CalAIM/ECM BH integration knowledge a plus
