About the Role
Oversee La Clinica's behavioral health program across all East Bay clinic sites, managing a team of clinicians, driving integration with primary care, ensuring CalAIM billing compliance, and expanding BH capacity to meet growing community need.
Requirements
- LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC with full California licensure required
- 3+ years program management or supervisory experience in community behavioral health
- Strong knowledge of Medi-Cal BH billing, CalAIM, and integrated care models
- Experience with OCHIN Epic behavioral health workflows preferred
