About the Role
Provide front desk and administrative support at La Clinica's busy East Bay clinic sites, handling patient check-in, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and referral processing in a high-volume FQHC environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare customer service setting
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred for serving La Clinica's predominantly Latino patient population
- OCHIN Epic or similar EHR scheduling experience preferred
