Manage day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of a La Clinica East Bay primary care site, overseeing staff of 20–30, managing budgets, driving quality metrics, and ensuring compliance with FQHC regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field; master's preferred
- 3+ years clinic or healthcare operations management experience
- Knowledge of FQHC operations, UDS reporting, and Medi-Cal compliance
- Strong supervisory skills; OCHIN Epic familiarity preferred
