Oversee La Clinica's multi-site clinical laboratory operations, ensuring CLIA compliance, managing laboratory staff, coordinating QA/QC programs, and driving continuous improvement in lab turnaround times.
Requirements
- California CLS license required; ASCP certification preferred
- 3+ years clinical laboratory experience; 1+ year supervisory or lead experience required
- Strong knowledge of CLIA regulations, CAP standards, and laboratory quality management
- OCHIN Epic laboratory integration or LIS management experience preferred
