About the Role
Handle high-volume inbound patient calls for La Clinica's centralized Patient Contact Center, scheduling appointments, managing prescription refill requests, routing clinical inquiries, and ensuring callers receive timely, culturally competent service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred — bilingual differential pay available
- 1+ year call center or high-volume customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- OCHIN Epic scheduling module experience preferred; strong telephone etiquette required
