Gender-affirming care NP at the LA LGBT Center — GAHT (gender-affirming hormone therapy) prescribing, trans health primary care, and informed-consent model practice. This is a center of excellence for trans healthcare.
Requirements
- FNP or Adult-Gerontology NP license in California required
- Gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) experience required
- Trans health primary care, informed consent model, and WPATH Standards of Care knowledge required
- Spanish language skills preferred
- LGBTQ+ affirming care in every patient interaction required — this is a queer-led organization
