CHW connecting San Diego's refugee and immigrant communities to La Maestra services — health navigation, Medi-Cal enrollment, and social services for newly arrived and established refugee families.
Requirements
- CHW certification or 2+ years outreach in refugee/immigrant communities
- Spanish, Arabic, Somali, or other refugee community language a strong plus
- Lived experience as a refugee or immigrant highly valued
- Valid CA driver's license
