Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care for patients across Marin Community Clinics. Track referral status, assist patients with scheduling, insurance authorization, and ensure closed-loop referral management.
Requirements
- High school diploma; Associate's degree preferred
- Experience with insurance authorization and referral processing
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
