About the Role
Develop and manage volunteer and internship programs across Marin Community Clinics. Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers and student placements. Build partnerships with local universities and community organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, education, or related field
- 2+ years experience managing volunteer or internship programs
- Strong recruitment and training skills
- Experience with healthcare or community health settings preferred
