About the Role
Lead revenue cycle training across MCC. Develop and deliver training on billing, coding, and collections for front and back office staff. Ensure compliance and optimize PPS reimbursement.
Requirements
- 3+ years revenue cycle experience in healthcare
- FQHC or community health center billing experience preferred
- Training or education development experience
- Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Medicare, and PPS billing
