About the Role
Manage MNHC's dental clinic operations including staff scheduling, patient flow, Denti-Cal billing oversight, supply management, and regulatory compliance for the Mission District dental program.
Requirements
- 3+ years of dental office management experience; FQHC or safety-net dental preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English required for this predominantly Spanish-speaking patient community
- Experience with Denti-Cal billing and prior authorization processes
- Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and California dental regulatory requirements
