Requirements
- MD/DO with California medical license; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — priority designation for Urban Indian health centers
- Cultural humility and respect for Indigenous health practices, healing traditions, and tribal sovereignty required
- Native American identity or direct experience with Urban Indian communities strongly preferred
- NextGen EHR; training provided
