About the Role
CHW at NECC connecting the San Gabriel Valley's Latino, Chinese-American, and Vietnamese communities to primary care, prenatal services, and Medi-Cal enrollment. Multilingual CHWs are the backbone of NECC's outreach.
Requirements
- CHW certification or 2+ years SGV community health outreach
- Spanish or Cantonese language skills preferred
- Knowledge of SGV community resources and Medi-Cal enrollment
- Valid CA driver's license
- SGV immigrant community lived experience strongly preferred
