About the Role
Provide integrated behavioral health services to pediatric patients at Open Door's Arcata clinic, embedding in the primary care team to deliver brief interventions, screenings, and warm hand-offs for children and adolescents.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling required; LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC preferred
- Pediatric behavioral health experience; trauma-informed care training strongly preferred
- Experience with integrated primary care / co-located BH model
- Familiarity with ACEs screenings, PHQ-A, and CSBI tools
