About the Role
Deliver comprehensive family medicine primary care in Open Door's Ferndale rural site, serving Humboldt County's agricultural and tribal communities in one of California's most under-resourced Health Professional Shortage Areas.
Requirements
- MD, DO, NP (FNP), or PA-C with current California license; Family Medicine preferred
- FQHC or rural health experience valued; new graduates considered with strong community health commitment
- NHSC Scholarship or Loan Repayment eligible — HPSA Score 17 (maximum federal priority)
- Comfortable with full-scope family medicine including OB if MD/DO
