About the Role
Provide midwifery and women's health primary care services at Open Door's Eureka site, managing prenatal, labor, postpartum, and gynecological care for Humboldt County's rural under-resourced population.
Requirements
- CNM credential and current California NP license required
- Hospital credentialing or clinical relationship with St. Joseph Hospital Eureka preferred
- NHSC loan repayment eligible — CNMs qualify at HPSA-designated Open Door sites
- Rural or FQHC CNM experience strongly preferred
