About the Role
Serve as the on-site OCHIN Epic expert for Open Door's North Coast clinics, providing end-user training, workflow optimization, and first-line EHR troubleshooting across 10+ rural sites.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Epic EHR experience required; OCHIN Epic preferred
- Epic certification (any module) preferred; OCHIN certification a strong plus
- Strong communication skills for training clinical and administrative staff
- Ability to travel between Open Door's Humboldt, Del Norte, and Trinity County sites
