Deliver clinical nursing support at Open Door's McKinleyville clinic, assisting physicians and NPs with patient triage, medication administration, chronic disease management, and care coordination for Northern Humboldt County.
Requirements
- Current California LVN license required
- 1+ year LVN experience in ambulatory, primary care, or community health setting preferred
- OCHIN Epic experience preferred; training provided for qualified candidates
- Commitment to rural community health and serving under-resourced North Coast populations
