About the Role
Serve as the first point of contact for patients at Open Door's Fortuna clinic, managing check-in, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and referral coordination in a welcoming rural FQHC environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Healthcare front desk or reception experience preferred
- OCHIN Epic or medical scheduling software experience preferred; training provided
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered service in a small-town community setting
