About the Role
Complete a structured 12-month Advanced Practice Clinician residency at Open Door, receiving supervised training in full-scope family medicine, OB, behavioral health integration, and rural FQHC practice under attending physician preceptors.
Requirements
- California NP license with prescribing authority or PA-C license required; new graduates preferred
- Commitment to 12-month residency program including rotations across Humboldt, Del Norte, and Trinity county sites
- Strong interest in rural health, under-resourced communities, and FQHC primary care
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible upon residency completion — maximum HPSA score sites
