About the Role
Serve as a primary care family physician at Open Door's Crescent City (Del Norte County) clinic, one of the most isolated and under-resourced communities in California, managing full-scope family medicine panels with tribal, agricultural, and homeless patient populations.
Requirements
- MD or DO with current California license; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- NHSC Scholarship or Loan Repayment eligible — Del Norte County HPSA Score qualifies for maximum federal priority
- Full-scope family medicine including OB preferred; strong NP/PA team support
- Commitment to rural, tribal, and under-resourced community health — relocation assistance available
