About the Role
Provide comprehensive primary care to Open Door's McKinleyville patient panel with a focus on Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine, serving a growing aging rural population in Northern Humboldt County.
Requirements
- MD or DO with current California license; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Geriatric care experience preferred given McKinleyville's aging demographic
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — Humboldt County HPSA sites qualify
- OCHIN Epic experience preferred; collaborative team-based care model
