About the Role
Provide integrated behavioral health services embedded within Open Door's dental program, addressing dental anxiety, trauma, and social-emotional barriers that prevent rural patients from accessing dental care — a pioneering BH-dental integration model.
Requirements
- LCSW or LMFT with full California licensure required
- Experience with anxiety disorders, trauma-informed care, and brief behavioral interventions preferred
- Interest in dental-BH integration, motivational interviewing, and reducing dental fear in under-resourced populations
- OCHIN Epic experience preferred; open to working in a non-traditional integrated dental-BH setting
