About the Role
Practice full-scope primary care at Open Door's Eureka Community Health Center (ECHC), serving Humboldt County's most medically complex populations including individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use disorders, and serious mental illness.
Requirements
- MD or DO with current California license; Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred
- Experience with Homeless Health, SUD/MAT (buprenorphine waiver valued), or complex care preferred
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — ECHC qualifies at maximum HPSA priority
- Commitment to serving Humboldt County's most vulnerable populations; OCHIN Epic experience preferred
