Deliver comprehensive primary care at Open Door's Willow Creek clinic in Trinity County, one of California's most remote and under-resourced communities, serving Hoopa Valley Tribal, Yurok, and rural mountain populations.
Requirements
- MD, DO, NP (FNP), or PA-C with current California license; Family Medicine preferred
- Rural or tribal health experience strongly preferred; solo provider with telehealth specialist support
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — Trinity County HPSA qualifies for maximum federal loan repayment
- Self-directed provider comfortable with clinical autonomy and remote rural practice environment
