Requirements
- MD/DO, PA-C, or NP (FNP) with current California license
- Family Medicine or primary care experience preferred; Open Door offers APC residency for new graduates
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — Humboldt County HPSAs qualify at competitive scores
- OCHIN Epic experience preferred; strong interest in team-based rural primary care
