Practice comprehensive family or internal medicine at Open Door's Fortuna clinic serving Southern Humboldt County, with a patient panel encompassing adult medicine, chronic disease, OB (for FP providers), and coordination with the NP/PA team.
Requirements
- MD or DO with current California license; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Rural health or FQHC primary care experience preferred
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — Southern Humboldt HPSA sites qualify
- Full-scope family medicine with OB strongly preferred; relocation incentives available
