About the Role
Perform instrument decontamination, sterilization, and processing for Open Door's Eureka medical clinics, ensuring all surgical and clinical instruments meet OSHA and infection control standards for a high-volume rural FQHC.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CRCST (Central Service Technician) certification preferred
- Experience with autoclave operation, chemical sterilization, and medical instrument reprocessing
- Knowledge of OSHA bloodborne pathogen standards and infection control protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced rural clinic environment
