About the Role
Join Open Door's second cohort of Advanced Practice Clinician Residents, completing an intensive 12-month structured training in rural FQHC primary care with mandatory rotations across all North Coast sites.
Requirements
- California NP (FNP) or PA-C license required; recent graduates strongly preferred for this residency
- Strong academic record and demonstrated commitment to rural, under-resourced, or tribal health
- Completion of all required rotations across Open Door's 10+ North Coast sites
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible upon completion — Open Door residency graduates placed at HPSA-maximum sites
