Provide primary care across 4 PHC locations in Sonoma County. Full-scope family NP practice including chronic disease management, preventive care, and procedures. NHSC-eligible.
Requirements
- Current California NP license with furnishing number
- Board certified as FNP or ANP
- DEA certification
- Community health experience preferred
