About the Role
Provide full-scope family medicine at PHC's Sonoma County sites (3 locations available). Collaborative care team model with integrated behavioral health. NHSC loan repayment eligible.
Requirements
- Board certified in Family Medicine (MD/DO)
- Current California medical license
- DEA certification
- Community health center experience preferred
