Provide internal medicine services at PHC's Petaluma clinic. Manage chronic conditions, perform health screenings, and participate in quality improvement initiatives serving Sonoma County's diverse community.
Requirements
- Board certified in Internal Medicine (MD/DO)
- Current California medical license and DEA
- Experience with panel management and population health
- FQHC or community health center experience preferred
