Requirements
- CHW certification or 2+ years East Oakland or Fruitvale community outreach
- Spanish or Arabic language skills preferred
- East Oakland or Fruitvale community lived experience strongly valued
- Knowledge of Alameda County social services and Medi-Cal enrollment
- Valid CA driver's license
