Requirements
- MD/DO Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — San Bernardino County HPSA
- Bilingual Spanish preferred — large Latino IE patient population
- Chronic disease management: diabetes and obesity prevalent
- FQHC or county health experience
