Requirements
- CHW certification or 2+ years agricultural community outreach
- Spanish fluency required; indigenous language (Mixtec) a plus
- Valid CA driver's license for field travel in Kern County
- Farmworker lived experience highly valued
- Knowledge of Kern County social services, Medi-Cal, and OSHA heat illness regulations
