About the Role
Provide behavioral health case management for St. John's patients with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders, linking members to community mental health, housing, and recovery services across South LA.
Requirements
- BA/BS in psychology, social work, or related field; AMFT, ASW, or ACSW registration preferred
- Experience with serious mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and community mental health navigation
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; familiarity with LA County DMH and DPH systems
- Knowledge of CalAIM BH integration model and Medi-Cal BH billing documentation
