About the Role
Conduct Medi-Cal outreach and enrollment assistance in South LA communities, helping uninsured residents access health coverage and connecting new patients to St. John's sliding fee scale primary care services.
Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish/English required; Certified Application Assister (CAA) or willingness to obtain
- Medi-Cal and Covered California eligibility knowledge; 1+ year enrollment or outreach experience
- Comfort with community outreach in diverse, low-income South LA neighborhoods
- OCHIN Epic registration experience a plus; strong interpersonal and communication skills
