About the Role
Provide comprehensive primary care for San Ysidro Health's border community patient population, managing chronic conditions, preventive care, and women's health services for predominantly Medi-Cal patients at the San Diego–Tijuana border.
Requirements
- NP with California license; FNP board certification required; bilingual Spanish/English required
- FQHC or community health experience preferred; comfort with high-volume, complex Medi-Cal population
- NHSC loan repayment eligible; Epic EHR proficiency preferred
- Family PACT, preventive care, and chronic disease management experience strongly valued
