About the Role
Provide peer recovery support services for San Ysidro Health's CCBHC behavioral health program, using lived experience with mental illness or substance use to support engagement, recovery, and community integration for border community members.
Requirements
- Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) or Peer Recovery Coach certification required
- Bilingual Spanish/English required; lived experience with mental health or SUD recovery
- Familiarity with CCBHC services, Medi-Cal BH billing, and recovery-oriented practice
- Comfort working with seriously mentally ill, homeless, or justice-involved populations
